Client Needs:

Dubai’s tropical desert climate brings intense year-round sunshine, extreme summer heat, and relatively high humidity. The client desired high-performance doors and windows that excel in thermal insulation and energy efficiency, airtightness and dust protection, moisture resistance and durability, while maximizing natural light and preserving a bright, spacious, and elegantly minimalist modern villa atmosphere.

Solutions:

● Living Room & Dining Area: The 45 Series Ultra-Slim Sliding Doors feature exceptionally narrow frames and large glass panels that flood the space with natural light and create a strong sense of visual extension. Their space-saving sliding operation allows seamless flexibility between functional zones.
● Large Openings: The 127 Series Broken-Bridge Lift-Sliding Doors are deployed in expansive areas. T-shaped thermal breaks significantly reduce heat transfer, while the high-strength frame, 304 stainless steel tracks, and concealed drainage system deliver outstanding thermal performance, wind pressure resistance, and long-term stability.
● Bathrooms: The 60 Series Casement Doors are paired with frosted or textured tempered glass, providing generous daylight while ensuring privacy. Multi-layer sealing combined with corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy construction makes them highly suitable for humid environments.
● Colors, dimensions, glass types, and opening methods can all be fully customized to the architectural design, allowing dark frames to harmoniously complement light-colored walls, wood finishes, and the overall modern minimalist interior.
