Client Needs:

Malaysia is situated near the equator and features a warm, humid tropical rainforest climate throughout the year, with high air humidity and abundant rainfall. The client wanted doors and windows that effectively provide rainproofing and moisture resistance, airtightness and thermal insulation, wind pressure resistance, and sound insulation, while also meeting the villa’s requirements for large-area natural lighting and a modern minimalist exterior design.

Solutions:

● Features the X11 thermal-break inward-opening/tilt-turn window system; the thermal-break aluminum structure effectively minimizes heat transfer, reducing the impact of hot, humid outdoor conditions on indoor comfort.
● Achieves Class 6 water-tightness; combined with a multi-layer sealing system, it offers superior protection against heavy rain and minimizes leakage at frame joints.
● Class 8 air-tightness limits the infiltration of hot, humid air and the loss of air-conditioned cool air, helping to maintain a fresh and comfortable indoor environment.
● The high-strength thermal-break aluminum frame delivers Class 9 wind-load resistance, making it ideal for large floor-to-ceiling windows in villas and balcony enclosures.
● Supports various opening modes—such as double inward-opening and inward-opening/tilt-turn—allowing for safe ventilation even during the rainy season; optional fixed or openable safety guards enhance household safety.
● A minimalist narrow-frame design paired with expansive glass maximizes natural light; colors, dimensions, and glass specifications can be customized to suit architectural requirements.
