Designed for Kuala Lumpur’s year-round high temperatures, elevated humidity, frequent heavy rainfall, and intense ultraviolet exposure, the client sought premium doors and windows that deliver excellent natural lighting, smooth natural ventilation, superior thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and a quiet, comfortable living environment.

Solutions:

● The living room and courtyard feature the 127-series thermal-break lift-and-slide doors; expansive glass panels maximize natural light and scenic views. T-shaped nylon thermal breaks minimize heat transfer, while 304 stainless steel tracks ensure smooth, quiet operation.
● A stepped, concealed drainage system facilitates rapid rainwater runoff; combined with a high-strength frame, this enhances watertightness, structural stability, and wind-load resistance.
● Bathrooms utilize ultra-slim hinged doors; the narrow frame paired with frosted glass balances natural lighting with privacy. The aluminum alloy structure is moisture- and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for Malaysia’s hot and humid climate.
● Bedrooms feature the 55-series minimalist aluminum-wood doors; an aluminum framework with an aluminum honeycomb core ensures superior stability. Equipped with two-way soft-close hardware, these doors offer improved sound insulation, thermal efficiency, and enhanced daily usability.

Requirement Determination and Design

Frame Assembly

Using high-quality aluminum materials, we cut and process them according to the confirmed design to assemble the door and window frames.

Glass Assembly

Based on the design requirements, we selected suitable glass types, such as double-glazed and Low-E glass.

The glass was cleaned, installed, and sealed in a clean environment to ensure a perfect fit with the frame.
