The client sought high-performance doors and windows that maximize open views and natural ventilation, while delivering excellent thermal insulation and energy efficiency, wind and rain protection, and smart safety features — all in perfect harmony with the clean, minimalist aesthetic of modern coastal homes.

Solutions:

● The ground-floor living area features TS-6 thermal-break, six-track sliding windows; their narrow frames and expansive glass maximize natural light and scenic views, while the load-bearing six-track structure ensures smooth operation of large panels and multiple seals enhance thermal insulation, waterproofing, and soundproofing.
● The product boasts Class 6 watertightness, Class 8 airtightness, Class 9 wind-load resistance, and Class 8 thermal insulation performance, enabling it to withstand coastal weather and significant indoor-outdoor temperature differences while reducing air-conditioning energy loss.
● Bedrooms and balconies are equipped with TT120 smart lift windows that support voice, mobile app, and wind/rain sensor controls; offering an opening area of up to 50%, they balance superior ventilation with everyday convenience.
