Client Needs:

Thailand’s tropical monsoon climate brings year-round high temperatures and humidity, with concentrated heavy rainfall during the monsoon season. Doors and windows must withstand intense sunlight, humid air, heavy rains, and gusty winds. The client wanted solutions that deliver strong thermal insulation and energy efficiency, wind and rain protection, good ventilation and daylighting, and reliable safety, while complementing the clean, natural aesthetic of modern villas.

Solutions:

● Features the K90 thermal-break casement window system, utilizing a thermal-break aluminum structure combined with triple-pane, dual-cavity glazing to enhance thermal insulation and soundproofing.
● The window sash supports a 180° opening angle, maximizing ventilation and facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.
● Achieves Class 6 watertightness and Class 8 airtightness, effectively minimizing the ingress of rainwater and humid air.
● Rated Class 9 for wind load resistance and constructed with a high-strength aluminum alloy frame, ensuring stability during strong winds and heavy storms.
● Options include laminated glass safety barriers, rounded corner profiles, and base-free handles, balancing safety with a modern, minimalist aesthetic.

Requirement Determination and Design

Frame Assembly

Using high-quality aluminum materials, we cut and process them according to the confirmed design to assemble the door and window frames.

Glass Assembly

Based on the design requirements, we selected suitable glass types, such as double-glazed and Low-E glass.

The glass was cleaned, installed, and sealed in a clean environment to ensure a perfect fit with the frame.

Product Quality Inspection
