Wind resistance, corrosion resistance from sea salt, Energieeffizienz, and large windows to embrace the Adriatic Sea scenery.

Solutions:

●6061-T6 aluminum profiles with marine-grade powder coating (70% improved corrosion resistance against saltwater, suitable for Croatia’s coastal climate).
●Triple-glazed Low-E insulating glass (blocks 95% UV rays, reduces indoor temperature fluctuations by 10-12℃, and enhances sound insulation for peaceful living).
●Custom 5m-wide glass doors with hydraulic damping systems (seamless indoor-outdoor transition, wind resistance up to 140km/h, and quiet operation).

Requirement Determination and Design

Engaged in deep communication with the client to understand their functional, Stil, size, and color requirements for the doors and windows.

Our design team provided multiple design options based on client requirements for selection and confirmation.

Using high-quality aluminum materials, we cut and process them according to the confirmed design to assemble the door and window frames.

Advanced welding techniques were used to ensure the strength and precision of the frames.

Glass Assembly

Based on the design requirements, we selected suitable glass types, such as double-glazed and Low-E glass.

The glass was cleaned, installed, and sealed in a clean environment to ensure a perfect fit with the frame.

Product Quality Inspection

We conducted strict quality inspections on the finished doors and windows, including checking dimensions, sealing, and operational performance to ensure they met national standards and client requirements.
