Designed for Bangkok’s tropical savanna climate — characterized by year-round high temperatures, concentrated rainfall during the monsoon season, and elevated humidity — the client wanted doors and windows that excel in thermal insulation, rain protection, ventilation, and moisture resistance to suit the region’s strong monsoon influence.

Solutions:

● The living room features heavy-duty “125 Series” lift-and-slide doors; their ultra-slim frames and expansive glass maximize natural light and views, while the thermal-break structure and multi-layer sealing system minimize heat transfer and enhance wind and rain resistance.
● Leisure areas utilize “66 Series” sliding doors equipped with insulating glass, EPDM seals, and stainless steel tracks, ensuring smooth operation while effectively blocking rain, dust, and outdoor noise.
● Bathrooms are fitted with “60 Series” hinged doors; frosted glass balances natural light with privacy, a multi-seal design prevents moisture leakage, and the corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy is ideal for high-humidity environments.
● The walk-in closet employs “55 Series” aluminum-wood composite doors with concealed frames; the light-colored door panels harmonize with the walls to minimize the visual presence of the frame, while hidden hinges, minimalist hardware, and sound-dampening seals create a seamless, quiet atmosphere.
