Located in India’s tropical monsoon climate zone, the project experiences consistently high temperatures, concentrated heavy rainfall during the monsoon season, and elevated humidity. The client wanted doors and windows that provide abundant natural lighting, excellent ventilation, mosquito protection, strong wind resistance, and enhanced safety, while harmonizing with the building’s modern natural architectural style.

● Features a panoramic side-sliding window design with ultra-slim frames and expansive glass, minimizing visual obstruction while maximizing natural light and views of the garden.
● The extra-large opening design enhances airflow, meeting daily ventilation needs in India’s hot and humid climate.
● Constructed with a high-strength thermal-break aluminum frame, ensuring stability and wind-load resistance for large window units—ideal for withstanding rainy seasons and variable weather.
● Offers an optional magnetic hidden insect screen that maintains a sleek aesthetic while providing ventilation and pest protection, making it perfect for homes with lush greenery.
● Equipped with copper load-bearing, anti-sway rollers and dual dampers, ensuring smooth operation of large window sashes while minimizing wobbling and the risk of pinched fingers.
