Client Needs:

Designed for Mumbai’s coastal tropical climate — characterized by high temperatures, elevated humidity, and concentrated heavy rainfall during the monsoon season — the client sought premium doors and windows that deliver excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance, abundant natural light, privacy, and superior entry-level security.

Solutions:

● The master bathroom and interior partitions feature “60-series” hinged doors with frosted or reeded glass, ensuring privacy while allowing natural light to filter through; the moisture- and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy frames utilize a multi-seal structure to prevent moisture leakage.
● The living room and courtyard are connected by “125-series” heavy-duty lift-and-slide doors; their ultra-slim frames and expansive glass panels invite abundant natural light and views of the courtyard, while the thermal-break structure and multi-seal design enhance thermal insulation, weatherproofing, and noise reduction.
● The transitional area between the living and dining rooms features “55-series” minimalist aluminum-wood doors; the wood-grain finish harmonizes with the Indian-style interior décor, while the aluminum framework and honeycomb core ensure structural stability, durability, sound insulation, and thermal efficiency.
● The main entrance features a premium aluminum alloy door; the thickened door panel and multi-point locking system provide superior security, moisture resistance, and impact resistance, while the minimalist dark finish complements the villa’s architectural facade.
